We here at Momcierge believe in free speech, however, we reserve the right to remove any content that you may post. In general, we will attempt to remove any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable to momcierge.com.

You may not use the Momcierge name to endorse or promote any product, opinion, cause or political candidate. By posting content to a blog, you warrant that you either own or control all of the rights to that content, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the content, or that your use of the content is a protected fair use. You agree that you will not knowingly provide material and misleading false information. You warrant also that the content you supply does not violate these Terms, and that you will indemnify and hold Momcierge harmless for any and all claims resulting from the content you supply. You acknowledge that Momcierge does not pre-screen or regularly review posted content, but that Momcierge shall have the right to remove in its sole discretion any content that it considers to violate these Terms of Use.

So what does this mean to you and us? If we find any comment to be particularly obnoxious, rude, inflammatory, mean, or just plain catty we'll remove the posting. A few nasties and you're outta here. So please sit up straight, put your napkin on your lap, and mind your manners.
