The season has begun. Start it off with a gingerbread house workshop at Church Street Music and Art. They provide endless candy and live music. Reserve your spot now. Spaces fill up quickly for this NYC holiday tradition!



WHERE: Church Street School for Music and Art, 74 Warren St.


WHEN: December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21


Saturdays: 2:15 and 4 pm and Sundays: 11 am, 1 and 3 pm
$95 per house ($90 for currently enrolled students)
$100 for registration after December 1
Prices include all-you-can-use candy and homemade icing! Call 212-571-7290 to reserve a workshop space or a decorating kit.

Last year Hilary bought Alyssa's daughter a cookbook and Annabelle has spent the better part of the year perfecting the cookbook's macaroni and cheese recipe. Here's her version--the first one the children like that doesn't come out of a box and doesn't involve some sort of flourescent orange substance. The topping is our own special addition...but be forewarned: you won't be able to stop at one bite!
