Do you have a good go-to place to buy cupcakes to bring for birthday celebrations in class. Somewhere between Entenman's and Cupcake Cafe?

Pick up a few dozen mini cupcakes from Whole Foods. They are also perfect appetizers!

Just picked up mini cupcakes at Crumbs for my daughters schools birthday party. The 12 pack is assorted and it's nut free. Also, they are Kosher, which at my youngest daughters Nursery school, that's a must.

Last year Hilary bought Alyssa's daughter a cookbook and Annabelle has spent the better part of the year perfecting the cookbook's macaroni and cheese recipe. Here's her version--the first one the children like that doesn't come out of a box and doesn't involve some sort of flourescent orange substance. The topping is our own special addition...but be forewarned: you won't be able to stop at one bite!
