Do you have any suggestions for organizing school stuff-report cards, photos, papers--other than tossing it all into a big box?
MomAgenda makes a school years journal. Okay, it's not really our style but sometimes function overtakes form. What's great about it is that there's a place to put the photos each year, as well as a pocket for each year's report cards and papers. The artwork won't fit in the journal, but there's always a big flat box under the bed.
My son has a collection of Pez dispensers and I can't stand the lineup on his desk (keep knocking them over when I straighten up). Any thougths on how to organize or display them?

I've given in and need to buy one of those family kind of wall calendars that has space for everyone's individual activities. Have you seen any decent ones?
We're still holding out and using the old scrap paper method but Busy Body Book makes a really nice, simple calendar with enough rows and spaces for each child and parents' plans. It goes a week at a time to keep you organized so no chance you'll be picking up Junior at the wrong playdate or dropping off your dog to a karate class.
Last year Hilary bought Alyssa's daughter a cookbook and Annabelle has spent the better part of the year perfecting the cookbook's macaroni and cheese recipe.
