Order a "big salad" from Chop't. One of their small salads will serve the entire parent body and we promise there won't be as much as a chick pea left over. It can be a bit pricey, but at least you know they'll be something good to eat! We also love to cook up a big pot o' chili and bring the toppings: shredded cheddar, oyster crackers, chopped onions, and tortilla chips!
I'm making a paella for guests at my house, do i cook the clams with the opening part in the rice or with the muscle part in the rice?
It shouldn't really matter unless your paella pan is really really too full. If that's the case, stick the muscle part down in the liquid and it should open faster. YUM!
