Are you sure you don't want her to do it so you have easy access thin mints? Just kidding--there are a few troops around Manhattan and the outer boroughs--if you get in touch with the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York, they'll help you find a troop near you.

Last year Hilary bought Alyssa's daughter a cookbook and Annabelle has spent the better part of the year perfecting the cookbook's macaroni and cheese recipe. Here's her version--the first one the children like that doesn't come out of a box and doesn't involve some sort of flourescent orange substance.
